Responsibilities

• Formulate and oversee the organization's planning, policies, and practices in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Participate in development of the organization's vision, policies, and short- and long-term objectives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost-effective and efficient solutions.
• Serve as liaison between the Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluation of staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.

Preferences

• 3-5 years of Sterile Processing leadership experience.

Pay

Gross rate up to $5,359 per week.
