Interim Senior Manager, Treasury (Hybrid)

About the role

Our Vaco team is partnering with a local PE-backed Nashville client on an interim Treasury opportunity. This senior leader will lead one person and manage day-to-day treasury operations for a complex business, including banking relationships, cash movement, letters of credit and surety bonds, bank account administration/compliance, treasury systems, and insurance support.

Responsibilities

• Lead one team member
• Manage day-to-day treasury operations
• Maintain banking relationships
• Oversee cash movement
• Handle letters of credit and surety bonds
• Administer bank accounts and ensure compliance
• Manage treasury systems
• Provide insurance support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury management experience (cash forecasting, banking relationships, transfers, reporting)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability managing treasury function in high‑volume, multi‑entity or multi‑site operations (retail, healthcare, franchise, etc.)

Schedule

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days on‑site in downtown Nashville
• Interim commitment: 3‑4 months
