About the role
This is a 6-month remote contract position at a rate of $70/hour W2.
Responsibilities
- Build the integrated view of major field-facing initiatives—priorities, timing, dependencies, risks, decisions, and cumulative field change load.
- Lead operational readiness reviews, ensuring initiatives have clear ownership, workable field processes, training, communications, reporting, and escalation plans before launch.
- Coordinate across Field, Training, IT, Marketing, Clinical, Lab, and other functions to resolve gaps and keep priority work moving.
- Facilitate key operating and decision forums, drive closure on actions, and escalate work that is off-track, under-resourced, or not ready.
- Partner with Fio on analytics and Madison/Training on SOPs and enablement, while owning how those components come together into an executable rollout.
Requirements
- Program management experience with responsibility for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience designing or improving governance, intake, prioritization, or portfolio management processes.
- Experience creating or managing stage-gate frameworks and go/no-go decision processes.
- Experience with capacity planning and resource management.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong relationship-building and coordination skills.
- Ability to bring order to complex and fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leaders.
- Ability to move quickly and operate in a high-change environment.
- Familiarity with Claude and AI-enabled productivity tools.

This role will sit within Central Operations and support the broader organization, including:
- Field Operations
- Training
- Laboratory Operations
- Central Operations
- Call Center
The role will work closely with Central Operations leadership and partner extensively with Technology and other cross-functional stakeholders.
