Interim Manager, Cardiovascular Recovery needed in Medford, Oregon to provide leadership for cardiovascular recovery operations, supporting nursing staff across pre- and post-procedural care.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Imaging, this leader will oversee approximately thirty-two FTEs. The ideal candidate will be a calm, approachable, and confident leader who can build trust with a tenured team while providing clear direction and accountability. They should be kind but direct, collaborative, patient, and comfortable navigating change and complex team dynamics. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
- Optimize staff schedules and improve team efficiency
- Coordinate multiple ongoing projects
- Support increased procedural volume
- Partner closely with cardiovascular medical leadership
- Guide a unionized and highly tenured workforce
- Support the department's relocation over the next two months
Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- BSN required
- Active Oregon RN license required
- Cardiovascular, critical care, or procedural services leadership experience required
- Cardiac catheterization recovery experience preferred

Pay
Pay range: $155,000 – $165,000 annually. Final compensation determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
