Interim Labor and Delivery Manager
About the role
The Position An Interim Labor and Delivery Manager is needed to provide experienced leadership for a busy Labor & Delivery and Postpartum unit. Reporting to the Director of Women’s & Children’s, this leader will oversee one direct report and approximately 120 FTEs. Key responsibilities include establishing a visible leadership presence, stabilizing team culture and rebuilding trust, ensuring staffing and scheduling consistency, advancing Joint Commission readiness, and aligning the team around clear expectations and accountability.
Requirements
- BSN required.
- Active RN license required.
- Several years of progressive leadership experience in Labor & Delivery and Women's Services required.
Pay
Compensation Range: $160,000 to $175,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
