Interim Elementary School Teacher

About the role

The role involves teaching a diverse group of students in an elementary school setting, providing individualized attention, and collaborating with other educators.

Responsibilities

• Teach core subjects to students in grades K-5
• Develop lesson plans and materials aligned with state standards
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units
• Mentor and support students' social and emotional development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Valid teaching license in the state of employment
• Experience working with children in an educational setting
