The Interim Director of Nursing (DON) will manage the clinical operations of the facility, focusing on resident and family engagement, team building, and culture development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical management of the facility
- Build and lead a high-performing team and culture
- Manage resident and family engagement
- Ensure compliance with long-term care operational standards
Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN License
- Valid CPR Certification
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation, and State regulations
