Interim Director of Adult Surgical Services
About the role
An Interim Director of Adult Surgical Services is needed to provide leadership and operational oversight for a 36-OR surgical suite. Key responsibilities include mentoring managers, strengthening accountability, improving team culture and respect, addressing education gaps, supporting staff during emergent situations, and advancing key operational metrics such as first-case on-time starts, turnover times, block utilization, cancellations, and add-ons.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active Oklahoma or Compact RN license required.
- Significant leadership experience in Surgical Services and adult perioperative operations required.
Compensation
Compensation Range: $165,000 to $170,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
Schedule
Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
