Interim Community Administrator (Part-Time)
Job Overview
As a Community Administrator, you’ll support the Community Association Manager through timely completion of assigned administrative and project duties. Expertise in lease administration, income/expense management, and resident relations is required.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all homeowner and administrative files and perform annual association file cleanout.
- Manage and process all leases within the building, including uploading to Connect and tracking through the Master Lease List.
- Maintain service excellence in all interactions with residents, vendors, staff, and colleagues, enforcing Community Governing Documents.
- Respond to client communications and address issues within one business day.
- Assemble Board Packets in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.
- Update and generate required association and management reports as instructed by the Community Manager.
- Coordinate printing and electronic distribution of monthly newsletters, collecting move fees and deposits, and obtaining necessary documents and insurance.
- Manage all moves, deliveries, staging, and resident contractors for elevator use, utilizing a move calendar.
- Monitor and address resident disputes as required, building positive relationships between residents and management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Active Community Association Manager license in the state of Illinois.
- Works effectively with coworkers, clients, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions.
- High energy attitude and ability to multi-task/prioritize different projects at any given time.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Community management experience or equivalent professional experience in a related field strongly preferred.

Compensation
$24.00 - $30.00 / hour
