Interim Clinical Nurse Manager, OR
The Position
The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager, OR will oversee day-to-day operations in the 10-bed surgical department, leading approximately 60+ FTEs and managing various surgical specialties including Ortho, GYN, Endo, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, and Breast.
The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager will assess current needs and implement process improvement initiatives, seeking to be a visible and compassionate leader.
Requirements
- BSN is required.
- Active NYS RN license is required.
- CNOR certification is strongly preferred.
- OR experience is required; Surgery Center experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $170,000 to $175,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
