About the role
The Position An Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, MCH is needed to support Nursing Administration for the Maternal Child Health department. Reports to the Department Nurse Manager. Shift is 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- BSN required; Master's degree preferred
- Active California RN license required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in Maternal Child Health required
Compensation Details
- Compensation Range: $155,000 to $168,000 annually
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
- Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
