We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions (like resume instructions? Actually those are application instructions; we should remove them). Also remove navigation/cookie etc. We need to extract substantive content: Announcement Type Direct-Hire Authority (DHA) Position Type Permanent USACE Organization Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD) - Buffalo District Locations (City, State) Buffalo, NY Position Overview/Duties ... etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (position overview), "Responsibilities" (duties), "Requirements" (qualifications, experience, education, license), "Skills" (competencies), "Benefits" (maybe relocation incentives, PCS, telework, etc), "Pay" (salary includes locality pay), "Schedule" (temporary duty 10% or less, maybe telework). Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy: ... Reasonable Accommodation ... We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, reasonable accommodation, application instructions (resume instructions), point of contact maybe? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove the "Your Resume ..." paragraphs. Also remove "Point of contact for this announcement is Michelle Cala". Also remove "Applications must be submitted after 12:01 AM..." etc. Also remove "Other Essential Information" maybe? That's not boilerplate but contains some info like selection restrictions, proof of citizenship, FLSA exempt, nepotism, announcement may be used to fill like vacancies for three months after closing date, situational telework, etc. Some of that is substantive (telework eligibility, citizenship proof, FLSA exempt). We should keep those as they are substantive. However "Other Essential Information" heading is not in our allowed headings; we can embed that content under appropriate sections like Requirements (citizenship), Benefits (telework), etc. But we must not invent headings not allowed. We can put that info under appropriate sections: e.g., Requirements: US Citizenship proof; Benefits: situational telework eligibility; Pay: locality pay; Schedule: TDY 10% or less; maybe also mention probationary period, background investigation, etc. Those could be under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Conditions of Employment". But allowed headings are limited to those listed. We could put conditions under Requirements or maybe under a generic "About the role"? Better to create sections: About the role (position overview), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (qualifications, experience, education, license, citizenship, background investigation, probationary period, etc), Skills (competencies), Benefits (telework, relocation incentives, PCS, etc), Pay (salary includes locality pay), Schedule (TDY 10% or less). We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has substantive content. Let's extract: About the role: Position Overview/Duties first paragraph: "This position is an Interdisciplinary Project Engineer/Architect who serves as a technical lead for various engineering and construction projects. The role involves managing projects from the design phase through completion, which includes overseeing plans, specifications, and budgets. The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring engineering and design quality control and coordinating with various internal teams and external agencies." Also maybe include POSITION: INTERDISCIPLINARY, GS-11/12 and PERIOD OF ASSIGNMENT: PERMANENT. That's about role. Responsibilities: The DESCRIPTION OF ASSIGNMENT/DUTIES bullet list: Provide project engineering and ETL services, design management for A-E or in-house designed projects as COR. Acts as Project Engineer and ETL on projects, coordinating development of plans, specifications, design documentation, cost estimates, budgets.
