About the role
EAC Fire & Security is seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced fire alarm systems
- Install and commission fire alarm systems in commercial buildings
- Maintain and repair existing fire alarm systems
- Provide technical support and training to building management staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire alarm systems
- Knowledge of EN54 standards and other relevant building codes
- Proficiency in using CAD software for system design
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid H&S certification
- Experience with wireless fire alarm systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
