Intercity Bus Route Driver Green Bay

About the role

Lamers Bus Lines is a family-owned, Wisconsin-based company founded in 1944. We are now hiring for intercity bus route drivers for part-time and full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive a consistent route from Green Bay, WI to Appleton, WI, Stevens Point, WI, and La Crosse, WI (round trip)
• Work 7 days a week with a predictable schedule
• Home daily – no overnight trips
• Steady, year-round route with no guessing where you'll be tomorrow
• Professional motorcoach operation with well-maintained equipment and supportive dispatch

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger endorsement
• At least 6 months of large-vehicle driving experience
• Comfortable driving in larger cities
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Good driving record with no major violations in the past 5 years and no more than 3 minor violations in the past 3 years
• Able to complete drug screen, DOT physical, and background check
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Live within 30 miles of Green Bay, WI, or be willing to relocate
