Interaction & Visual Designer (SharePoint Online)

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered digital experiences for SharePoint Online and other enterprise applications.
• Design interaction designs, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop visually compelling interfaces that align with enterprise branding and digital design standards.
• Design information architecture to enhance usability, navigation, and content organization.
• Configure and optimize SharePoint Online sites to meet business and user requirements.
• Ensure all digital solutions adhere to accessibility, compliance, and usability standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
• Support multiple digital modernization initiatives while maintaining consistency across platforms.
• Apply UX best practices and design thinking methodologies to contribute to digital transformation efforts.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Interaction Design for enterprise digital applications.
• Strong Visual Design skills with experience in digital branding and modern UI design.
• Expertise in User Experience (UX) Design, including user-centered design methodologies.
• Hands-on SharePoint Online design and configuration experience.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and information architecture.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
