Interaction Product Designer / Contract / Hybrid / Frisco, TX

About the role

This role is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week onsite in Frisco, TX.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for professional tax accountants across expert experiences and Accountant Suite surfaces.
• Translate complex, data-dense tax and practice-management workflows into clear, efficient interfaces built for power users.
• Partner with product management, engineering, and research to define problems, explore solutions, and validate designs with accountants.
• Utilize AI within the design processes to enhance product experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer working on B2B software offerings
• Skilled in Figma and AI prototyping tools, including Claude
• Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-augmented product experiences

Skills

• Comfortable with digital design
• Ability to translate business needs into improved UI
