Intensive LPN - REACH Program ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)

About the role

The REACH Team at NRVCS is expanding and seeks an Intensive LPN to join their dynamic team. The LPN will provide healthcare-related crisis stabilization and prevention support to individuals receiving REACH therapeutic services. Responsibilities include coordinating healthcare services across providers and offering healthcare-related training to both individuals served and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare-related crisis stabilization and prevention support to individuals receiving REACH therapeutic services
• Coordinate healthcare services across providers
• Offer healthcare-related training to individuals served and staff

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
• A valid Virginia Practical Nurse License (LPN) is required
• At least 2 years of applicable experience supporting individuals with behavioral health and/or developmental disabilities is required

Qualifications

• Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages

$2,500 Sign on Bonus***
Starting Salary: $50,400-Depending on Experience

Schedule

Multiple full-time and part-time positions available in a facility that provides 24/7 crisis stabilization supports to individuals at the REACH CTH.
