About the role
We are seeking an Intensive Home-Based Therapist for our team in Fairfield, OH. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $5,000.
Essential Functions
- Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model and principles.
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the client and family.
- Work with families to define cultural factors that influence strengths, functioning, and family behaviors.
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy services.
- Develop collaborative and creative partnerships with community resources.
- Dedicate time to weekly case planning and evaluation.
- Engage the primary caregiver, family members, supports, and community agency staff in change-oriented treatment.
- Receive regular training, professional development, supervision, and consultation activities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clients have access to support 24/7.
- Maintain necessary documentation, participate in program evaluation, attend meetings, and cross-systems training.
- Meet billing productivity requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
- Experience and passion for delivering services to youth and families.
- Comfortable working with a diverse community of clients.
- Knowledge of or experience engaging with families in the community.
- Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
- Broad knowledge of community service systems.
- Willingness to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.
- Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
- Able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
