Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing conditions, implementing care plans, and performing skilled procedures.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient well-being and recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, treatment plans, and managing illnesses.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, keen assessment, and attention to detail, especially in high-pressure, fast-paced situations.
- Possess a patient-first mindset, showing compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience to advocate for those in your care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient health records and participate in continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- 1-2 years med/surg experience and successful completion of critical care residency program or
- New graduate with completion of senior practicum in a specialty area i.e.: critical care, ED, PACU and successful completion of critical care residency program.
- Registered Nurse: WA
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Assoc. - CPR, upon hire and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months
Preferred
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing and One year of related work experience in an acute care setting
- Previous PCU/ICU experience or
- Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute
- Certified Neuroscience RN
