About the role
The Intelligence Technical Writer will develop and maintain technical documentation for various intelligence products and systems. This includes writing clear and concise manuals, reports, and other informational materials that are accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update technical documentation for intelligence products and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy and relevance of documentation
- Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines for technical writing
- Conduct research and gather information from various sources to inform the development of documentation
- Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and readability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field
- Strong understanding of intelligence operations and terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools for document analysis and review
- Knowledge of industry-standard technical writing practices and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
