About the role

The Intelligence Program Analyst Case Management (Journeyman) provides Intelligence supports the Department of the Air Force, JBSA – Lackland, Counter Insider Threat (DAF C InT) Program, Case Management Team. The contractor shall conduct intelligence research, prepare and present intelligence briefings, prepare intelligence assessments and studies, and prepare concise written reports.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with conducting case management, case management analysis, and workflow management.
  • Provide off-site technical intelligence and management support to JBSA requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other intelligence analysts and technology specialists.
  • Afford to develop actionable information activities intelligence (e.g., counter insider threat analysis) across the various intelligence disciplines/domains or scientific and technical intelligence; or, within the business, competitive, and market intelligence domains.
  • Afford to produce intelligence reports in a variety of formats for concise, succinct, and clear delivery (RR #46).
  • Afford to develop expedited intelligence reports by utilizing advanced text and visual analytics.
  • Adhere to the relevant provisions of EO 12333, as amended, DoD Manual 5240.01, DoDD 5148.13, DoDD 5240.1-R, as amended (Proc 11-13), Air Force Instruction 14-104, and all other relevant DoD Intelligence issuances and training requirements applicable to intelligence, counterintelligence and intelligence related activities.
  • Adhere to all relevant Federal laws, DoD and DAF policies, regulations, directives, issuances and training requirements regarding counterintelligence and counterintelligence investigations.
  • Use government provided Generative AI tools on a day-to-day basis to accelerate tasks, research, documentation, analysis, planning, reporting, and problem solving. Make recommendations on process improvements and practices that improve quality, speed and/or efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of work-related experience.
  • Of those 5 years, at least four (4) years of work-related experience supporting a component of the DoD.
  • Experience assisting with research of technology, case management, analysis management, and workflow applications/capabilities
  • Experience in Law Enforcement, Counterintelligence, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence Analysis career fields
  • Experience conducting case management utilizing different software applications
  • Experience documenting decision charts, processes, reports, and standard operating procedures
  • Experience building briefings and materials and presenting at varying levels of leadership, peers, and program stakeholders.
  • Experience in producing actionable information and research reports.
  • The following qualifications are desired:
  • Knowledge of DoD and DAF Insider Threat Policies and Regulations (preferred)
  • Experience in law enforcement, personnel security, cybersecurity or other related fields that require management and oversight of investigative data or information from initiation to conclusion (preferred)
  • Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional - Fundamentals (CCITP-F) (preferred)
  • Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional - Analyst (CCITP-A) (preferred)
  • Completion of NITTF Hub Operations Course (preferred)
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) and/or AF administrative processes (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable and skilled at applying Generative AI.
