About the role

USCYBERCOM's intelligence mission depends on a network of domestic and international partners whose engagement, coordination, and information sharing must be carefully managed and continuously strengthened. Peraton is seeking a mid-level Intelligence Management Specialist (IMS) to provide Operations Mission Team Support to USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD. In this role, you'll play a hands-on part in enabling the command's strategic international intelligence partnerships by working directly alongside International Affairs Officers and senior IMS colleagues. You will support partner portfolio management, coordinate intelligence and information exchanges, and execute intelligence and administrative functions to maintain persistent and effective partnership engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to International Affairs Officers across various intelligence disciplines and partner engagement activities
  • Build and maintain databases; monitor intelligence; assist with administration and management of RFIs
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, including system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and U.S. Allied/Partner systems
  • Produce metrics, graphics, and briefings to support production management and mission management functions
  • Provide operations mission team research and analytical support to the Directorate of Intelligence
  • Identify and develop mission enhancement opportunities; produce status reports outlining updates and progress of accomplishments
  • Support task management through completion and assist with strategic engagements and partner visits hosted by the command
  • Support management of portfolios for various governmental and non-governmental partners; collaborate with relevant subject matter experts
  • Coordinate intelligence and information exchanges; enable persistent partnership engagement
  • Support development and implementation of processes for long-term sharing agreements
  • Help capture and synthesize a common picture of the command's current state of partnership engagement and contribute to approaches addressing identified shortfalls
  • Support establishment of effective communication procedures to facilitate command-level engagements, conferences, working groups, and planning teams
  • Draft and respond to tasks related to partner engagement inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to process improvement recommendations in support of the directorate's mission
  • Produce Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience without a degree, or 7 years with an AS/AA, or 5 years with a BS/BA, or 3 years with an MS/MA, or 0 years with a PhD
  • Working knowledge of intelligence management concepts, partnership coordination, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats
  • Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information
  • Understanding of cross-domain data transfer systems and intelligence dissemination processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated proficiency in drafting and responding to partner engagement inquiries

Qualifications

  • Experience with JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet cross-domain transfer systems
  • Background in international affairs, foreign liaison, or intelligence partnership management
  • Experience supporting information sharing agreements or foreign disclosure processes
  • Familiarity with USCYBERCOM J2 partnership engagement processes
  • Knowledge of foreign partner cyber intelligence capabilities and needs
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution

Pay

Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. Salary is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
