About the role
The Intelligence Liaison will support an anticipated program at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZ, providing SME services in advanced commercial due diligence analysis, big data analytics, and geolocation-based entity resolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct advanced commercial due diligence analysis using proprietary tool sets and big data analytics.
- Support analytical efforts and product development with proficiency in basic computer applications and intelligence-related automation.
- Mentor government analysts in the production of intelligence products and assessments through strong briefing and teaching skills.
- Provide threat assessments and predictive analysis, demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Conduct in-depth intelligence analysis and fusion of intelligence from multiple disciplines, including HUMINT, SIGINT, COMINT, IMINT, OSINT, PAI, and MASINT.
- Travel within the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility for up to 45 days, including Central and South America as well as non-U.S. nations in the Caribbean Sea.
- Pass all pre-deployment requirements, including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings.
- Obtain all required immunizations as per 32 CFR 158.7, Guidance for Contractor Medical and Dental Fitness.
- Perform analytic development of 27 all-source government analysts, conducting short to long-term analytical studies, including requirements decomposition, target assessment, and target collection evaluation.
Requirements
- Expertise in leading-edge commercial due diligence analysis, including proficiency with proprietary tool sets, big data analytics, and geolocation-based entity resolution solutions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and intelligence-related automation.
- Strong briefing and teaching skills with the ability to mentor government analysts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in all-source analytical support tools.
- An acute knowledge of interagency intelligence operations, with experience in supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) and/or counter-narcotic operations.
- Valid U.S. passport and willingness to travel within the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility.
- Ability to pass all pre-deployment requirements, including medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screenings.
- Capability to fuse intelligence from multiple disciplines, including HUMINT, SIGINT, COMINT, IMINT, OSINT, PAI, and MASINT.
- Experience in providing intelligence analysis, conducting information gathering, research, threat assessments, and predictive analysis as part of an analytical team.
- Previous work experience as a suitable substitute for a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced targeting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the operational cycle, including the data, tools, and techniques used in each phase of targeting.
- Firsthand experience in targeting networks or individuals within networks, identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation, and mastery of the F3EAD targeting methodology.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
