Intelligence Automation Business Analyst

About the role

The DMAC AMD team is seeking an Intelligence Automation Business Analyst who can translate complex business needs into clear, structured product requirements while supporting AI-assisted development workflows. This individual will work across technical, product, and user-focused functions to deliver high-value digital capabilities in a fast-paced agile environment. The role requires understanding mission objectives, refining user requirements, validating AI-generated outputs, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure features are delivered accurately and efficiently. This resource will contribute to shaping product direction, improving processes, and driving the integration of emerging AI tools into modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder needs and convert them into detailed, context-rich Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) using Markdown formatting.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, UX specialists, and product managers to develop user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to mission requirements.
• Validate AI-generated code and outputs for correctness, quality, and alignment with product and architectural standards.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to support PRD-to-code workflows, establishing constraints, rules, and patterns that guide AI development environments.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows, streamline product development, and enhance user experience across digital capabilities.
• Track emerging technologies, incorporate multidisciplinary feedback, and contribute to rapid product iterations and feature refinement.
