Intelligence Analyst/OSPEC

Skill Requirements

• Specialized United States Government (USG)/military training and education in intelligence analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, Homeland Security, or a related field
• At least 8 years of combined intelligence analysis and operational security experience
• Demonstrable skills in analysis, data management, and software workflows
• A strong understanding of intelligence analysis processes, operational security practices, and threat assessments
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• A strong desire to learn, experiment with new technologies, and continuously stretch existing skills
• A strong desire to learn, experiment with new technologies, and continuously stretch existing skills
• Working knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) reporting, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tradecraft, and adversary analysis

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, Homeland Security, or a related field and specialized USG/military training and education in intelligence analysis
• Prior responsibility for OPSEC training, assessments, or policy development at the organizational or program level
