Intelligence Analyst II (JTF)

Responsibilities

• Provide all-source HUMINT products to JTF-GTMO as well as IC and DoD customers.
• Support DMOs/DROs.
• Support NCTC, including support to the PRB and commissions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and watch listing efforts.
• Deliver biweekly intelligence briefings to the JTF-GTMO Commander.
• Prepare situational briefings for the JTF-GTMO J2 Director, as needed.
• Respond to various ad hoc intelligence requests.
• Aid the JDG in analyzing detainee behavior, threats, and operations.
• Edit and deliver final quality control on detainee research, DIRs, Analytic Support Packages, and TEX Highlights.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Eight (8) to Ten (10) years of direct experience in HUMINT Operations or equivalent military experience.
• Exceptional organizational acumen and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in creating intelligence products IAW ICD 203, ICD 206, ICD 208, ICD 501 and ICD 710 standards.
• Proficiency in information technology and DoD Information Systems including: Joint Deployable Intelligence Support System (JDISS), Intelink; JWICS; message and document handling; data storage, retrieval, and search applications (i.e.: M3, Pathfinder, JDIMS, CHROME, Harmony, TIDE, SAFE/DOTS, etc); and analytic and investigative/case management tools (i.e.: Analyst Notebook, Palantir, Proton, Qlix, BI2R, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Current US Passport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Related Military Occupational Specialties (MOS): Army 35M, 35N, 35F, 35X, 35Y; Marine Corps 0211, 0231, 0291; Navy IS w/ NEC 3912, 3913, or 3924; or CTR w/ NEC 9138 or 9149; Air Force 1N7X1, 1N4X1.
