Intelligence Analyst

About the role

This position is located in Aurora, CO and requires on-site work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

Clearance Requirements

• US Citizenship and an Active Secret Clearance
• Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance required (candidates without this clearance are not eligible for hire)
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background investigation

Responsibilities

• Provide operational response to system alerts and changes in the system environment, including system reconfiguration, data analysis, and data reporting
• Monitor near real-time status of the system and apply technical problem-solving skills
• Perform and document preliminary evaluation of system problems
• Advise and assist in effecting design changes to improve operational efficiency and/or reduce cost of operations
• Document and maintain operational event logs and records
• Utilize technical training and/or equivalent experience to evaluate system performance and enhance system operation and data processing capabilities
• Work in a closed environment with frequent and direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers
• Perform duties in a near real-time decision-making environment and complete the required Operations Certification Process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of Intel Operations or Intelligence (Signals) Analysis experience with military, including military leadership
• Ability to complete Operations Certification Process within the required timeframe
• Ability to distinguish colors on a computer monitor (specifically red, blue, white, and green)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience performing satellite mission support in an operations environment
• Understanding of tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination processes
• Experience working in direct support of customers with frequent customer interaction
• Experience monitoring satellite activities in a related field

Pay

Estimated salary range for this position is $60K–$96K. Final salary will be influenced by customer contractual specifications, relevant work experience, skills, competencies, certifications, clearance status, and benefit selections.
