Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Intelligence Analyst supporting Combat Forces Command (CFC) with intelligence and operational support to CFC leadership and the S2 Directorate. The role requires monitoring and managing TMT taskers on NIPRnet and SIPRnet, scheduling VTCs, managing office supplies, SharePoint/Teams, classified network account access, security clearance nominations, and IT issue reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, coordinate, and track all TMT taskers on NIPRnet and SIPRnet to completion for the S2.
• Initiate TMT taskers on both NIPRnet and SIPRnet.
• Monitor, manage, coordinate, and track all S2 taskers to completion on unclassified and classified networks up to SAP systems.
• Schedule VTCs, meetings, and conferences for the S2 and other SpOC leaders (Flag Officers); coordinate with Protocol when applicable.
• Coordinate VTC bridge and VTC setup to ensure meeting execution.
• Review award packages, performance reports, and other S2 documents for formatting compliance with SpOC documentation guidance or award-specific guidance.
• Manage office supplies for the S2: accounting, documenting requests, coordinating with GPC holder for resupply.
• Manage the S2 Teams channel and Share Drives: uploading documents, maintaining file structure.
• Aid the S2 in managing classified network account access: verifying personnel clearances, drafting account request paperwork, submitting requests, tracking status.
• Aid the Government in drafting security clearance nomination paperwork for special access programs and tracking nomination status for S2 staff.
• Aid the S2 team in verifying personnel clearances by checking appropriate systems.
• Aid the Government in reporting and tracking computer network and equipment issues; recommend upgrades/replacement; put in help desk tickets, monitor status, coordinate IT installs/replacement.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI and eligible for SAP/SAR on day 1 (U.S. citizenship required).
• Ten (10) or more years of intelligence analyst experience.
• Three (3) or more years of experience supporting space operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adversary space systems and capabilities.
• Experience producing intelligence assessments, briefings, and operational reports.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Desired: Previous experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs).
• Desired: Familiarity with Geosynchronous Space Situational Awareness Program (GSSAP).
• Desired: Familiarity with CCS, Bounty Hunter, and related offensive warfare/electronic warfare systems and future capabilities.
• Desired: Experience supporting senior military leaders, General Officers, or executive-level staffs.
• Desired: Experience within U.S. Space Force, Space Operations Command, Combatant Commands, or National Security Space organizations.
• Desired: Bachelor's degree in a technical, intelligence, engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay

Basic Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 (range for Colorado only; offered rate based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and internal parity).

Schedule

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40hrs

Work Environment: On-site; Travel Requirements: Up to 20-50%; Working Hours: Standard.
