Intelligence Analyst

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give clients the right answers. This role supports critical government decision-making by providing actionable intelligence and context. About the role

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources such as SIGINT, OSINT, and open-source. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for the client, as well as provide time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillsets while sharing your knowledge with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools.

Requirements

• Ability to apply the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process, border security, and all phases of the intelligence cycle, such as production and dissemination
• Ability to support the collection, processing, analysis, and evaluation of information at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in intelligence, including counterterrorism, infrastructure, cybersecurity, counterdrug, travel, and science, or completion of formal Military or DoD intelligence training and 14+ years of experience in intelligence, including counterterrorism, infrastructure, cybersecurity, counterdrug, travel, and science

Pay

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work models include:

• Remote: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
• Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer facilities as required by the role.
• Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, collaborating directly with colleagues and customers.

Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
