Responsibilities
- Use open- and non-traditional data sources to conduct research, perform independent and collaborative analysis, and produce a variety of products that assess risk and make operational recommendations.
- Become an expert on biometric technologies, data sharing agreements and regulations, and various emerging technologies that have impacts on identity information.
- Work closely with law enforcement and advise on strategies for risk assessment and operational planning.
- Develop and present training materials and brief senior leadership in a variety of settings.
- Monitor open sources to report on new biometric deployments and assess their risk to law enforcement operations.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working with biometric technologies, identity intelligence, or similar concepts.
- Experience conducting threat analysis and/or risk assessments using potentially conflicting or disparate information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience explaining complex topics to non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating and presenting various types of reports and briefing materials.
- Experience creating and performing training modules.
- Experience building and conducting operational test & evaluations.
- Experience working with law enforcement.
Security Requirements
TS/SCI clearance or higher required.
Pay
The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $100,200—$203,400 USD. Compensation varies depending on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
