About the role
SNA International, a world leader in forensics, biometrics, and identity intelligence, is currently looking for a bright, collaborative Intelligence Analyst 4 with a strong work ethic to join the team. Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analytical and evaluative techniques to assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TSC and partner screening operations, including organizational productivity and program performance
- Mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, policies, and regulations that influence program and resource management across interagency screening operations
- Conduct in-depth studies and execute projects to develop or refine work methods, organizational structures, administrative processes, and support systems to improve operational outcomes
- Evaluate, interpret, and tailor intelligence data to customer requirements using advanced research methods and automated intelligence databases
- Produce reports and briefings for internal and partner agency use
- Effectively communicate complex findings to executive leadership through clear, persuasive oral and written formats including briefings, reports, charts, and other analytical products
Requirements
- Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a related field and/or position
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or Associate’s Degree with 9 years of relevant experience, or 11 years of relevant experience)
