(Benefits section) - Why HII (maybe About the role) - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to ... (EEO, drop) - Do You Need Assistance? ... (drop) We need to decide sections. We have Pay: salary range. Schedule: shift details (modified Panama shifts, rotating pattern). Also mention 24/7 Help Desk, shift patterns. So we can have Schedule section. Benefits: described. About the role: overview of ADO, mission, leadership mindset, who we are, location, etc. Responsibilities: the "What You Will Do" list. Requirements: maybe combine "What We Are Looking For" and security clearance, experience, education, etc. Also Physical Requirements. Skills: maybe list specific skills like Mode 1,2,3,5,6 certified, familiarity with AIRHANDLER, Next Generation Wireless Certification, raw signals processing, programming, quantitative analysis, degree in math/physics/etc, military experience. Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can decide to have Requirements and Qualifications separate if content distinct. However to avoid thin sections, we could combine into Requirements (including qualifications) and Skills separate. But the instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include those that have content. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content. **About the role** (maybe combine overview): - All-Domain Operations (ADO) business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. ADO comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. With data fusion and mission management capabilities for DoD, combatant commands and intelligence community, HII advances mission globally. - Leadership Mindset at HII – Mission Technologies Role Leadership is a mindset, not a title. Through Leadership Capability Framework, define how every employee grows, leads, contributes. Sets standard for self-development and expectations from leaders. Look for candidates who want to grow in alignment with capabilities: Know & Grow Your People, Build Relationships, Take Ownership, Customer First, Shape the Future, Act with Urgency. - Who We Are: HII-Mission Technologies seeking Intelligence Analyst to join Operations Support Team (OST) located at Ft. Meade and Annapolis Junction, Maryland. Critical position part of 24/7 Help Desk team of technicians required to maintain optimal posture of SIGINT systems across wide range of AORs. OST Intelligence Analyst diagnoses, troubleshoots, rectifies faults for deployed sensors, forwards unresolved issues to deployed FSRs with correct diagnosis and steps for repair. Serves as point of contact for FSRs to gain assistance in troubleshooting deployed systems; provides on-call reach-back capability to mission managers, FSRs and system engineers for deployed assets; resolves Service Requests (SRs) for system outages and troubleshooting. May be asked to provide onsite support activities for flight test operations at customer facilities: conducting validations, installation of systems on platforms, loading/unloading equipment, monitoring tests on systems, equipment installation and testing, setting up software servers. Requires travel to customer facilities for up to two weeks per occurrence. OST Help Desk operational 24/7. Two modified Panama shifts of 12 hours each: first shift 6am-6pm, second shift 6pm-6am. Teams work rotating shift pattern approx 2 days on/2 days off; 5 days on/5 days off. Operational teams periodically switch between first and second shifts every 2 months. That seems like a mix of About the role and Schedule. But we can put schedule details in Schedule section. **Responsibilities** (What You Will Do): - Monitor multiple chatrooms for outages - Coordinate with operators, technicians, and engineers to troubleshoot issues - Maintenance of the outage/troubleshooting database - Identify software or hardware related flaws to engineers - Serve as a liaison for failure analysis and troubleshooting coordination with SIGINT operations and field service personnel - Provide real-time overall fleet health status of SIGINT Mission equipment - Maintain Mission Status Log for DoD and other US Government entities - Review data in support of collection concept development - Maintain awareness of community activities impacting assignments - Independently write reports detailing methods, results, and impacts to assigned issues - Perform queries and analysis using national databases - Perform signals analysis research - Produce geo-location data to support the development of various intelligence reports - Create data products and support/develop associated systems which heavily utilize technically derived data from multiple sources to include SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, and HUMINT - Train other members of the team on SIGINT fundamentals **Requirements** (maybe baseline): - 2 years of relevant experience with bachelor's in related field; OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience - TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance - (Physical Requirements) May require working in an office normally only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment **Qualifications** (maybe preferred/bonus): - Preferred: Bonus Points For... - Mode 1, 2, 3, 5, or 6 certified - Familiarity with AIRHANDLER and AIRHANDLER suite of systems - Experience troubleshooting systems - Next Generation Wireless Certification - Raw signals processing, programming, or quantitative analysis experience - Associate or bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, or science - Military experience **Skills** maybe could be same as Qualifications? But we can treat Qualifications as preferred qualifications, Skills as specific technical skills: Mode certification, AIRHANDLER familiarity, troubleshooting, Next Gen Wireless, raw signals processing, programming, quantitative analysis, degree in STEM, military experience. However that overlaps. We could decide to have Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred) and Skills (maybe list of technical skills like signals analysis, geo-location, data product creation, etc). But the "What You Will Do" already includes many skills. Given instruction to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we might combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). But we have both headings allowed; we need to decide. Better to have: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements (mandatory + preferred) - Benefits - Pay - Schedule That's 6 sections. Avoid Qualifications and Skills separate to avoid thin. But we need to include all substantive info; we can embed preferred qualifications inside Requirements. Let's craft. **About the role**: include ADO description, leadership mindset, who we are, location, mission, shift patterns? Actually shift patterns maybe schedule. We'll put shift patterns in Schedule. **Responsibilities**: the What You Will Do list. **Requirements**: include experience/education alternatives, security clearance, physical requirements, plus preferred qualifications (Mode cert, AIRHANDLER familiarity, troubleshooting experience, Next Gen Wireless, raw signals processing/programming/quant analysis, degree in STEM, military experience). Also maybe mention "Mid level of experience". We'll include. **Benefits**: list medical/dental/vision, wellness resources, employee assistance, Savings Plan Options (401k), financial planning tools, life insurance, employee discounts, paid holidays and PTO, tuition reimbursement, early childhood and post-secondary education scholarships, bonus/other non-recurrent compensation occasionally offered. **Pay**: Anticipated Salary Range: $75,599.00 - $105,000.00 **Schedule**: Full Time/Salaried/Exempt, 24/7 Help Des
