Intelligence Analysis Evaluator (Tradecraft)

About the role

A highly motivated Intelligence Analysis Evaluator is sought to provide expert support to an Intelligence Community (IC) client. The role involves evaluating the application of IC Analytic Standards in products, contributing to written reviews of analysis, developing evaluator training, producing tradecraft aids, and establishing processes to measure and minimize subjective evaluator-introduced variations. Additionally, the position assists the client with functional management tasks such as specific studies, plan development, and meeting support.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Demonstrated ability to objectively evaluate IC analytic products, considering a diverse and complex range of considerations;
• Demonstrated knowledge of IC Analytic Standards, analytic tradecraft, and methodologies;
• Demonstrated knowledge of the IC's structure and member organizations' roles and capabilities regarding analytic matters;
• Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to work effectively, independently, or in a collaborative, team environment;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the production of deliverables for senior Intelligence Community leadership;
• Ability to support surges in effort, including managing multiple events simultaneously at different locations.

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• 20 years of relevant work experience;
• 10 years of work experience within the Intelligence Community.
