Compensation: $280K - $320K base Experience: 12+ years Bar admission: Active admission in any US state About The Opportunity This Partner-level opportunity is to build and lead the Technology & IP Transactions practice at an AI-native law firm redefining legal services. The firm represents hundreds of companies with 95% CSAT and rapid contract delivery. What You'll Do Negotiate clients’ most important deals.Define IP diligence for strategic transactions.Own the deal-side IP work end to end.Build, lead, and grow a team of 10+ attorneys.Own senior client relationships as a trusted advisor. What You Bring (required) Deep IP diligence experience on strategic transactions.Command of the full tech transactions toolkit.Experience managing and developing a team.Active bar admission in any US state.Both law firm and in-house experience.
