About the role
The successful candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex patent litigation cases.
- Work closely with attorneys to develop and execute legal strategies.
- Provide expert testimony in court proceedings.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and technology trends.
Requirements
- Three to seven years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
- A background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence.
- Active bar license in the state in which they reside or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible.

Pay
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Chicago, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC only is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
