Intellectual Disability - Program Supervisor

About the role

Keystone Human Services is seeking Program Supervisors to provide individualized, person-directed support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. The role focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone can thrive and fully participate in society. As a Program Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs, ensuring the organization meets objectives, adheres to budgets, and complies with regulations while performing direct support duties as required by the program schedule and programmatic needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of program planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Ensure program objectives are met, budgets are adhered to, and regulatory compliance is maintained
• Perform direct support duties according to program schedule and programmatic needs
• Support inclusion and community-building efforts for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism

Requirements

• One of the following educational/experience combinations:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of work experience in human services or related field
  • Associate’s degree with sixty credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field (preferred)
• One year of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Ability to complete and maintain required Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other mandated trainings within specified timeframes
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license; depending on work location, daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle may be required
• Successful completion of pre‑employment process, including clearances and verifications
