Intellectual Disability- Program Supervisor 2

About the role

Keystone Human Services is seeking Program Supervisors 2 to provide individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in society. As a Program Supervisor 2, you will provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of two programs, ensuring objectives are met, budgets are adhered to, and regulations are complied with. You will also perform direct support duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of two programs.
• Ensure Keystone Human Services and its subsidiary programs meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations.
• Perform direct support duties as per the program schedule and programmatic needs.

Requirements

• One of the following:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of work experience in human services or related field.
  • Associate’s degree with sixty (60) credited hours and one (1) year experience in human services or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field (preferred).
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain required certifications (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR) and other mandated trainings within specified timeframes.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license; may require daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle depending on work location.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Pay

$24.50 per hour.
