About the role
Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Program Coordinator assists in monitoring operations to ensure programmatic goals are achieved, coaches and supports persons with disabilities to exercise choices and acquire competencies to accomplish personal goals, and acts as a lead and mentor to direct care staff in the program.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring program operations to achieve programmatic goals
- Coach and support persons with disabilities to exercise choices and acquire competencies for personal goals
- Act as a lead and mentor to direct care staff
Requirements
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook, with the ability to learn web-based systems
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to respond effectively in high-stress or critical situations
- Ability to work collaboratively with people at various levels of the organization
- Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
Qualifications
Minimum Educational Qualifications (one of the following):
- Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours, and 6 months of related work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related work experience
