Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to assigned program staff
- Lead team meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams
- Participate in leadership and management meetings to drive program strategy
- Support program development and problem-solving initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical teams on individual support plans and treatment processes
- Monitor program documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being for individuals supported
- Serve as Incident Management point person for assigned programs
- Assist with budget development and monitor program expenses
- Maintain program productivity and utilization standards
- Support referral assessment and placement decisions
- Maintain strong communication with families/guardians regarding care planning and updates
- Represent the organization in community engagement and public speaking opportunities
- Participate in county and service area planning activities
- Ensure proper staffing levels and on-call coverage as needed
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: One Required - High school diploma or equivalent and six years of relevant experience
- One Required - Associate’s degree and four years of relevant experience
- One Required - Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience
- One Required - Master’s degree and one year of relevant experience
- Additional Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience with regulatory compliance preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to learn and utilize web-based systems and documentation tools
- Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle
