About the Role

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Intel Researcher SME ALL Source (Advanced) with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Source Data Fusion: Evaluate and integrate intelligence from multiple disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT/GEOINT, and OSINT).
• Analytical Synthesis: Research complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating into actionable reports and executive briefings.
• Threat & Risk Assessment: Monitor global events, adversary capabilities, and geopolitical developments to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and strategic opportunities.
• Integrated Support: Provide real-time analytical support and rapid-response situational awareness.
• RDT&E Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with inter-agency partners, collection managers, and other intelligence personnel to fill information gaps and align intelligence requirements.
• Communication: Exceptional writing and briefing skills, with the ability to convey dense technical details in a concise, logical manner to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Proficiency with specialized intelligence databases, analytical software, and OSINT research methodologies.
• Serves as the central cognitive hub of the intelligence cycle—not merely collecting data and producing RFIs, but performing cognitive fusion as the primary translator between intelligence requirements and strategic decision-makers.
