Integrator / EF&I Technician

About the role

Centerline Communications is seeking an EF&I Technician to support the installation, commissioning, and integration of cellular network equipment at various sites across the region. This position offers hands-on work, problem-solving in the field, and collaboration with a team dedicated to maintaining critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Travel to cell sites to install, commission, and integrate LTE equipment
• Pick up and manage equipment from warehouse or customer locations, ensuring proper tracking and handling
• Work with engineering and remote support teams to complete integrations successfully
• Troubleshoot issues and help bring sites live efficiently
• Submit site completion reports accurately and on time

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience with 3G/4G technologies, including integration and commissioning
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson equipment (DUS, DUL, BB6630, BB5216, migrations)
• Strong communication skills—both technical and customer-facing
• Comfortable working in a field-based environment

Qualifications

• Will be assigned a company vehicle to drive to and from the job site; a valid driver's license is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable climbing ladders or working on lifts (12–24 ft heights)
• Regularly perform tasks such as driving, standing, bending, reaching, and using tools

Skills

• Proficiency with 3G/4G technologies and Ericsson equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
