Integrations Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the integrations and platform strategy to enhance customer data trust
• Drive product reliability as a core outcome, ensuring high uptime and data accuracy
• Ship end-to-end AI agent workflows and APIs for effective data synchronization
• Manage a select group of customer relationships, leveraging insights for product improvements
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to simplify complex integration setups
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of product features, from shipping to user feedback
• Elevate product craftsmanship within the team through exemplary work

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, especially in integrations or platform/API for B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of ensuring product reliability in uptime and data accuracy
• Experience shipping AI products and understanding their operational implications
• Strong systems thinking related to go-to-market strategies involving AI agents
• Comfortable managing customer relationships and translating feedback into actionable specs

Pay

$170,000 – $220,000 annually
