We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: The description about Siemens, mission, etc. Probably we can put a short paragraph about the role: "We are looking for a hands-on Integration Test Software Engineer...". That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The bullet list after "As an Integration Test Software Engineer, you will:" includes many items. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: Basic Qualifications and maybe Preferred Qualifications? Usually Requirements = Basic Qualifications. Qualifications maybe Preferred? But we have both Basic and Preferred. The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what to put where. We have Basic Qualifications (education, experience, programming skills, etc.) and Preferred Qualifications (knowledge of fire safety platforms, compliance, etc.). Also there is a list of "You will make an impact with these qualifications:" then Basic Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We also have a list of "Demonstrate:" which seems like skills/attributes: Strong software engineering mindset, analytical troubleshooting, commitment to continuous learning, clear communication, commitment to quality. Those could go under Skills. We have Benefits: The posting mentions "You’ll Benefit From Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits..." and a link. Also maybe other benefits not detailed. So we can include Benefits section with that paragraph. Pay: The posting includes pay range: $67,616 - $115,913 annually. So we include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no or . Use

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. We must not include metadata like Job ID, requisition numbers. Not present. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes some EEO statements near the end: "Our Commitment to Equity and Inclusion..." That's boilerplate; we should remove it. Also the "About Siemens" paragraph maybe considered boilerplate? It's about the company, but could be considered part of About the role? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include About the role with a paragraph about Siemens mission and the role. The "About Siemens" paragraph is generic company description; could be considered boilerplate but maybe still substantive? It's about the company's focus. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role. However the instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Our Commitment to Equity and Inclusion..." is EEO boilerplate; remove. The "About Siemens" paragraph is not EEO, it's company description; could stay. We also have "Ready to create your own journey? Join us today!" That's a call to action; maybe application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply, but could be considered promotional. Might be okay to keep? Probably we can keep as part of About the role? But it's a generic call; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive detail. Safer to drop. Also "#HQ-EREF #VeteranCareers #TransitioningServiceMember #MilitarySpouse" are tags; drop. Now we need to structure. Let's extract content: About the role: Could combine the introductory paragraphs before responsibilities: "Position Location: This role supports our Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ area. Here at Siemens, we take pride in enabling sustainable progress through technology. We do this through empowering customers by combining the real and digital worlds. We are improving how we live, work, and move today and for the next generation! We know that the only way a business thrives is if our people are thriving. That’s why we always put our people first. Our Smart Buildings help to create efficient, safe, adaptable, and responsible environments. Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve people’s lives. Transform the everyday with us! We are looking for a hands-on Integration Test Software Engineer for our Parsippany, NJ office who enjoys software development, automation, embedded platforms, and practical problem solving." That's a lot; we can keep as prose. Responsibilities: The bullet list after "As an Integration Test Software Engineer, you will:" includes many items. We'll put each as

  • . Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree..., 2+ years..., Programming skills in Python and at least one additional language..., Must be able to demonstrate: (list). Also "Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship." That's a requirement. We could put Requirements as Basic Qualifications + authorization. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list. Skills: The "Demonstrate:" list (Strong software engineering mindset, etc.) plus maybe also the "Must be able to demonstrate:" items? Those are more like abilities; but we already used them in Requirements. The "Demonstrate:" list seems like soft skills/attributes. We'll put those under Skills. Benefits: The paragraph about health and wellness benefits and link. Pay: The pay range paragraph. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info. Let's craft. HTML:
