Integration Specialist Technician Apprenticeship

About the role

The Boeing Company is seeking aspiring technicians to join its Integration Specialist Technician Apprenticeship program in Huntsville, AL. This program equips new teammates with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Upon completion of the 4-week program, apprentices will have demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the work of an Integration Specialist Technician, including:

• Following detailed work instructions
• Identifying and utilizing all required hand tools, power tools, parts, and equipment
• Routing, bundling, and tying cables
• Assembling wire harnesses
• Mechanical and structural torquing
• Performing mechanical and electronic assembly to ensure defect-free work and personal/product safety

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Experience using basic tools
• Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Pay

The starting pay for this position is $18.00/hour USD. Successful candidates will receive a pay increase after converting to the Integration Specialist Technician position.

Schedule

This position is for 1st shift. Shifts are typically Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
