Key Responsibilities
- Design integration architectures across REST, SOAP, NSIP/XML, SFTP/file-based, and Azure-mediated patterns.
- Build NS ↔ MasterControl integration via NSIP/XML over SFTP — quality batch release, training verification, deviation sync, and batch disposition.
- Build NS ↔ Atlas AI integration via REST — co-delivered with the AI/ML developer.
- Build NS ↔ DMS integration — pattern selection and implementation.
- Build the BMS → Azure data pipeline (with developer support) for environmental and facility data feeding executive dashboards.
- Build the MasterControl ↔ DataNinja (MES) integration for quality and manufacturing data flow.
- Implement OAuth 2.0/token management, robust error handling and retry logic, and webhook design.
- Produce validation artifacts under GAMP 5 — URS, FRS, design specifications, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, UAT scripts, and traceability matrices.
- Stand up monitoring, alerting, and incident-response practices for the integration estate.
- Document architecture and operating procedures for validation-friendly change control.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of integration engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on NetSuite integration build.
- NetSuite — SuiteScript 2.x (1.0 acceptable), SuiteCloud/NSIP, SuiteAnalytics, REST/SOAP web services, saved searches, and workflows.
- API integration — REST and SOAP, OAuth 2.0/token management, XML and JSON, webhook design.
- Azure — Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory; familiarity with Service Bus/Event Grid.
- File-based integration — SFTP, scheduled pipelines, error handling, retry logic.
- MasterControl — NSIP/XML-over-SFTP integration pattern (or willingness to ramp quickly).
- BMS/Niagara/BACnet — exposure preferred for the BMS Phase 2 → Azure data pipeline.
- Scripting — Python or Node.js for glue and transformation code.
- GxP/21 CFR Part 11 — awareness; comfortable working in CSV-validated environments.
