About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and solutions to clients in various sectors including Federal Civilian, DoW, SLED, Commercial, and Healthcare. Key areas include networking, collaboration and workspace innovations, cybersecurity, data center and cloud services, AI and data analytics, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to clients in various sectors including Federal Civilian, DoW, SLED, Commercial, and Healthcare.
• Engage in networking, collaboration and workspace innovations projects.
• Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives and ensure client systems are secure.
• Manage data center and cloud services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement AI and data analytics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee managed service operations to meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or related field.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies, cybersecurity protocols, and data center management.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
