Integration Specialist (AI/ML)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and support execution of enterprise AI/ML strategies and roadmaps aligned to organizational objectives, digital transformation goals, and federal agency priorities.
• Congduct strategic research and analysis on AI/ML technologies, market trends, competitive landscapes, and risk mitigation approaches to inform investment and implementation decisions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies, frameworks, and communications.
• Design and implement human-centered AI adoption frameworks that prioritize user experience, ethical AI practices, organizational change management, and meaningful human-AI interaction.
• Create executive briefings, KPI frameworks, stakeholder engagement plans, and multi-channel communication strategies to measure adoption, demonstrate ROI, and drive successful AI initiative implementation.
