Responsibilities
- Optimize the data connections critical to high-quality patient care
- Enhance and support integrations between Epic and external systems to ensure efficient and secure data exchanges
- Anticipate challenges and diagnose interface issues
- Fine-tune integrations to meet evolving operational needs in diverse healthcare settings
- Enable operational success and empower better patient care for our customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or greater in engineering, math, information systems, or a related field
- A history of academic and professional success
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Based on our campus in Madison, WI, with financial relocation assistance provided
- Live affordably in a city known for its rising tech talent
- Work alongside customer teams to enhance and support integrations between Epic and external systems
- Build relationships with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and secure data exchanges
- Anticipate and solve complex interface issues to maintain high-quality patient care
