Integration Project Engineer
Job Summary
Make a meaningful impact by creating bridges that improve healthcare. Travel across the US (and potentially abroad) as a critical member of our implementation team and ensure the early success of new Epic community members.
About the Role
We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI.
Responsibilities
- Architect information flow across disparate systems
- Advising implementation strategy, architecture, and project management
- Traveling to various locations to support new Epic implementations
- Working with healthcare providers to enhance patient care through data integration
Requirements
- Bachelor's or greater in engineering, math, information systems, or a related field
- A history of academic and professional success
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and data integration
- Experience with Epic or other EHR systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
