Integration Program Manager
Provides guidance to assigned Client Delivery Executive team members
Guides team members through execution of Client Delivery Executive duties, including:
- Day-to-day client contact and interaction,
- Engagement across internal product, service and related teams,
- Ongoing service reviews,
- Issue identification and resolution,
- Documentation and reporting,
- Revenue and retention success.
You will be successful in this role if you have
- A BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience with 0-2 years’ leadership experience.
Serves as a first escalation point for issues
Serves as a first escalation point for issues raised by team members, customers or other stakeholders.
